Embedded Software Architect

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of automotive software solutions in Ho Chi Minh City. You will shape software architecture, ensure safety compliance, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality embedded systems.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and manage software requirements, resolving gaps and conflicts with customer expectations.
• Design and approve software architecture models that meet functional‑safety standards (ISO 26262) and AUTOSAR specifications.
• Define variation handling for reusability and manage technical debt for long‑term sustainability.
• Guide development teams, review artifacts, and monitor software quality metrics.
• Support ASPICE assessments, estimate effort for new projects, and drive knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Proven automotive software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR and CAN communication protocols.
• Understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and ASPICE processes.
• Experience with model‑based software engineering and Agile development.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., DRBFM L3, CPSA‑F, BES‑PE SWA, PS Expert).
