Embedded Software Engineer – Classic AUTOSAR Tool Developer

About the role

We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to design and develop a Java‑based configuration generator (ConfGen) for the RTA‑CAR platform. The tool will create AUTOSAR ECUC configurations for Application and BSW modules, ensuring compliance with OEM standards and high reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain the customized ConfGen tool (Java).
• Develop features to generate and validate AUTOSAR ECUC configurations for Application/BSW modules.
• Perform ECU integration, including configuration of Application, BSW stacks, communication and diagnostics.
• Define and execute integration test plans, covering regression and compatibility across baselines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds, static analysis and automated testing; manage baselines, versioning and releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional development and test teams to ensure requirements traceability and quality gates.
• Apply AI‑assisted techniques to improve development productivity and test effectiveness.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience with Classic AUTOSAR, especially System Template and DEXT Template.
• Strong Java programming skills.
