Employer Branding Intern

About the role

Bosch Vietnam is looking for a full-time Employer Branding Intern for a 6-month period. The intern assists the country's personnel marketing lead in maintaining Bosch's reputation as an employer of choice, covering communication and design work for internal and external audiences, and also supports employee engagement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the country's personnel marketing lead mainly with communication and design tasks for internal and external audiences
• Work with HR locations, corporate communication teams and external partners on project planning and execution
• Maintain templates, case studies and creative documents in the department database according to the corporate branding guide
• Ideate, organise and evaluate employee engagement projects, and assist with project logistics and event management
• Handle and troubleshoot issues that arise on event days

Required profile

• Full-time student during the 6-month internship, 3rd or 4th year, majoring in Marketing, Communications or Journalism
• No work experience required; students with dynamic experience in school or social activities are preferred
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
• Good team spirit, future-focused, result-oriented, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Required skills

• Good content writing skills
• Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or an alternative video editor)
• MS Office, especially PowerPoint, or other presentation software
