Import & Export Specialist (Animal Health)

About the role

To support import‑export operations and control inventory across both the in‑house factory warehouse and outsourced warehouse, ensuring smooth material flow, accurate stock records, and timely supply to meet production demands.

Key responsibilities

• Handle import and export processes, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, permits, health certificates, and coordination with forwarders and carriers.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for factory warehouses, proactively identify shortages or excess stock, and ensure continuous material availability for production plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and import‑export regulations, prepare regular inventory and shipment reports, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• BA in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in import‑export, logistics, or inventory control.
• Good understanding of customs procedures and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or S4HANA.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and good coordination and communication skills.
• English communication skills.
