IT Operations & Support Lead (Senior IT Product & Service Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a senior IT Operations & Support Lead to drive the evolution of Bosch's global workflow platform. The role combines product ownership with hands‑on execution, guiding a team of engineers, designers and business leaders to deliver an AI‑native, low‑code/no‑code solution for over 500,000 users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, positioning and roadmap aligned with Bosch’s long‑term digital strategy.
• Prioritise features and investments, balancing value, risk, cost and scalability.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead the migration of legacy technology to the next‑generation platform, leveraging AI frameworks and low‑code/no‑code solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile principles to deliver high‑impact product features quickly.
• Foster a continuous‑improvement mindset, encouraging experimentation and innovative approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology leadership and product management at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of complex IT architectures and large‑scale platform migrations.
• Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable product functions.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, global environment and driving standardisation for efficiency.
