Metallurgical Intern – Quality & Lab Support

About the role

Join Bosch HcP as a Metallurgical Intern and support our quality control and laboratory digitalisation activities. You will work on daily testing, sample preparation, and data management while gaining hands‑on experience in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily measurement, testing and analysis tasks in the laboratory.
• Test weekly samples for the element furnace and prepare samples for daily testing and relocation projects.
• Assist the supervisor with additional tasks and contribute to diversity initiatives such as HcP volunteer programs.
• Promote 5S practices at the work area.
• Collect and structure data for new digital dashboards and manage sample status and test order follow‑up in the laboratory system.

Required profile

• 3rd or final‑year student majoring in Chemical, Materials, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Good understanding of chemical and material analysis.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to an international, multicultural work environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
