Product and Production Process Quality Control Intern

About the role

Join Bosch's Ho Chi Minh City plant as a Product and Production Process Quality Control Intern. You will support quality management activities, help solve production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in product and process quality control, including problem‑solving methods such as NC, PSS, 8D and Shainin.
• Support S‑CIP activities by collecting, analysing, and documenting data.
• Track and monitor 5S, LPC, suggestion schemes, quality‑hero programmes and KPI dashboards.
• Collect and analyse data for QZ activities and help organise informal and formal QMM3 events.
• Participate in quality programmes such as Zero Defect Strategy, Predictive Quality, Quality Culture and Quality Week.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proactive, creative, eager to learn and adapt to an international, culturally diverse workplace.
