SAP Consultant Intern – Business Systems

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Consultant Intern to support the implementation, configuration and testing of SAP modules such as FICO, SD and MM. The intern will work closely with the SAP Core team to translate business requirements into technical solutions and help ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in configuring SAP modules to meet business needs.
• Participate in functional unit testing, integration testing and debugging.
• Create and update technical documentation, process flows and user guides.
• Support master data cleansing, migration and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with functional teams on project milestones and business processes.
• Provide end‑user support by troubleshooting tickets and issues.

Required profile

• 3rd or final‑year student in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
• Commitment to work full‑time or at least four days per week.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of business processes such as supply chain and finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
