Senior AUTOSAR Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AUTOSAR Software Engineer to join Bosch’s ETA team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work on the AUTOSAR Basic Software platform, integrating components and delivering high‑quality embedded solutions for automotive customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate MCAL, BSW, RTE and SWCs on AUTOSAR Classic Platform and develop Flash Bootloaders for target devices.
• Collaborate directly with German, Chinese, Korean and Japanese customers to understand and analyse requirements.
• Perform software development, integration, testing and documentation, including user guides and test reports.
• Handle tickets for new features, issues and change requests, and provide effort estimations for project planning.
• Debug and maintain software on real and virtual ECUs via TCP/IP and automotive protocols.
• Travel to customer sites as needed and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience with AUTOSAR Classic Platform and embedded automotive software.
• Ability to work with international customers and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Senior‑level expertise and proven problem‑solving skills.
