Senior Data Analyst (Power BI)

About the role

The Senior Data Analyst will join Bosch Group’s software technology arm in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and related Microsoft data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple structured and semi‑structured sources.
• Build scalable data models (star schema, fact/dimension) and implement time‑based data modeling.
• Use SSAS as a semantic layer for enterprise reporting.
• Act as the primary contact for BI support, troubleshooting issues and managing change requests.
• Develop and optimise ETL pipelines with SSIS and SQL‑based processing.
• Maintain database architecture, data warehouse systems (MS SQL Server, Oracle) and ensure data quality.
• Handle data versioning, data freezing, and performance tuning of datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Power BI development and support.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, warehousing best practices and star‑schema design.
• Hands‑on experience with SSAS, SSIS and SQL Server environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot data and reporting issues and provide actionable recommendations.
