Senior Software-in-the-Loop Engineer – Automotive Embedded Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software‑in‑the‑Loop (SiL) Engineer to join Bosch’s Airbag team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will shape and advance our SiL/vECU platform, enabling cutting‑edge automotive software development and testing for global car makers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex user requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for SiL systems.
• Define, design and evolve the SiL/vECU architecture to ensure scalability, performance and maintainability.
• Lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of the SiL platform supporting advanced software development and testing.
• Create sophisticated automated test scripts and frameworks and integrate SiL solutions into CI/CD and continuous testing pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Strong background in Software‑in‑the‑Loop and virtual ECU concepts.
• Ability to work in an international, cross‑functional team and communicate technical solutions.
