About the role
We are looking for a diligent Accountant Staff to join our finance team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for managing both accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and timely processing of payments.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
- Record purchase invoices and AP transactions in the accounting system.
- Issue VAT invoices and commercial invoices.
- Prepare supporting documents and process domestic and international payments.
- Execute bank transfer transactions and maintain proper payment records.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an accounting position.
- Experience in a foreign‑invested or FDI enterprise is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Good English communication skills.
