Accounting Intern

About the role

ACCIONA Energía is expanding its finance team in Ho Chi Minh City and is looking for an Accounting Intern. This position offers hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day finance activities, especially during the busy audit period, while you apply your academic knowledge in a global renewable‑energy company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable by verifying invoices against purchase orders and preparing payment request lists.
• Support accounts receivable by drafting and issuing invoices.
• Register fixed assets and calculate depreciation.
• Collect and organize tax‑related documents and invoices for compliance.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly tax declarations and support tax audits by preparing required schedules.
• Maintain physical and digital accounting/finance records.

Required profile

• Third‑year or final‑year university/college student majoring in Accounting or Auditing.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to change.
• Logical thinker capable of working independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
