Accounting Team Leader - International Entities (IFRS)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Team Leader to oversee accounting operations across our group’s international entities, including Singapore, the United States and other jurisdictions. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager in Singapore, you will lead a team of accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance and consistent accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities for multiple overseas entities.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and group IFRS reporting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors in each jurisdiction.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures across the group.
• Mentor and supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA is highly preferred.
• 5‑6 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong business English communication skills.
