Accounts Payable Officer – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

The Accounts Payable Officer will join Moose Toys Vietnam on a 12‑month contract to support the finance team in processing supplier invoices, managing payments and ensuring accurate financial records. The role combines analytical, administrative and communication tasks to keep the AP function running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process, monitor and follow up all supplier invoices and payments, guaranteeing payments are made within agreed timelines.
• Prepare and issue remittance advices for each payment batch.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of AP ledger, supplier statements and related accounts.
• Assist in month‑end closing activities and provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• Solid understanding of AP processes and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or Oracle.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
