Credit Policy Supervisor

About the role

The Credit Policy Supervisor will lead the development and ongoing monitoring of credit lending policies for consumer loan products. This role combines policy design with analytical review to assess the impact of new credit initiatives and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and update credit lending policies for consumer loan portfolios.
• Conduct analytical studies to evaluate the performance and risk impact of policy changes.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local banking regulations and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with product, risk and underwriting teams to align policies with business objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in banking, consumer finance or fintech, with hands‑on work in data or portfolio analysis, credit policy, or underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese banking regulations and legal standards.
• Experience in credit policy development, product design, or credit approval processes.
