Embedded Software Engineer (C focused) – All Levels

About the role

As an Embedded Software Engineer you will join an international Scrum team delivering scalable and reliable embedded software solutions. The role offers the chance to work on security‑related initiatives and CI/CD pipelines within a large‑scale engineering project.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain embedded software components in C/C++.
• Contribute to system architecture and software integration activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Establish professional processes and drive architectural optimisations for return on investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 0–10 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong C coding skills and good knowledge of embedded system development (build process, microcontrollers, debugging tools, RTOS, memory stacks such as FLASH, EEPROM, FEE).
• Fluent English communication.
• Ability to take ownership of topics across teams and mentor less experienced members.
