Game/App Advertising Optimization Specialist

About the role

The Game/App Advertising Optimization Specialist will manage and improve daily ad campaigns for gaming clients on international platforms. The role focuses on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and driving user acquisition growth for mobile games.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and continuously optimize daily advertising campaigns across multiple ad networks.
• Analyze performance data to reduce cost‑per‑install (CPI) and increase ROAS.
• Scale user acquisition while managing budgets and pacing.
• Work with third‑party attribution and measurement platforms to track and report results.
• Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to international clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience managing real app advertising campaigns with proven CPI reduction or ROAS improvement.
• Working proficiency in English or Chinese to interact with global partners.
• Ability to work independently and handle requests from international clients.
• Familiarity with attribution and measurement tools.
