Garment Technical Designer (TD&QA)

About the role
We are looking for a Garment Technical Designer (TD&QA) to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role bridges design and quality, ensuring that every sample meets technical specifications and fit standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyse tech packs and spec sheets received from buyers to prepare for sample development.
- Create, modify and adjust garment patterns using STYLE CAD software.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sample room, sewing, cutting and QA teams to guarantee correct sample construction and fit.
- Participate in fitting sessions, record feedback and implement necessary adjustments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Designer in the garment industry.
- Strong knowledge of textiles, trims and garment production processes.
