HSE Engineer

About the role

The HSE Engineer will support Bosch Vietnam’s commitment to a strong safety culture by planning, implementing and continuously improving health, safety and environment (HSE) systems across the manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual HSE plan and roadmap, ensuring effective risk‑management procedures are embedded.
• Monitor compliance with Vietnamese legislation and Bosch standards, integrating health and safety into operational reviews and audits.
• Lead the Emergency Response Team, coordinating drills, preparing documentation and acting as the primary contact for fire‑safety and emergency audits.
• Conduct safety assessments for contractors and internal teams, manage site signage, and implement risk‑control measures for all operations.
• Collect, analyse and report HSE data to corporate and governmental authorities, and support additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; EHS certifications are a plus.
• Good knowledge of local HSE legislation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
