About the role

The Market Development Officer will focus on expanding our Korean market presence for labor export services. The role involves building partnerships, supporting Vietnamese and Asian workers abroad, and handling documentation in both Korean and Vietnamese.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, connect with, and develop Korean partners seeking Vietnamese or international labor.
• Maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• Participate in overseas conferences to promote the brand and attract new partners.
• Stay updated on the latest labor export regulations.
• Assist and support workers before and after overseas assignments.
• Prepare, translate, and manage required documentation for partner countries.
• Guide candidates through interview processes, using AI tools when needed.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent Korean communication (TOPIK 5 or higher).
• Preferably graduated from or previously worked in Korea.
• Strong problem‑solving, quick and careful work habits.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience, preferably in labor export.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Mailchimp for email marketing.
