NPI Technician (Electrical)

About the role

We are looking for an NPI Technician specialized in electrical systems to join our manufacturing plant in Ho Chi Minh City. The role supports new product introduction projects, ensuring electrical and electronic components are correctly designed, installed, and tested.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of electrical designs for new automation machines.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams to perform accurate troubleshooting.
• Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of electrical systems during the NPI phase.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve electrical issues quickly.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in the factory.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in electricity and electronics.
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional (entry‑level).
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
