Packaging Data & Material Compliance Associate

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Packaging Data & Material Compliance Associate to support packaging data management, material compliance activities, and master‑data optimization for Bosch’s operations in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and validate packaging Bills of Materials (BOMs) and breakdown structures from manufacturing plants.
• Research and analyse material substances in articles using technical and regulatory information.
• Collect, review and maintain REACH and other material compliance declarations from suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain compliance statements and regulatory documentation.
• Upload compliance documentation and maintain case records in Jira and other designated systems.
• Maintain and optimise packaging master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Correct inaccurate special dimensions for packing units within packaging BOMs using PackIT.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work with technical and regulatory information.
