Resource Development and Communication Manager

About the role

The Resource Development and Communication Manager will lead the implementation of Habitat for Humanity Vietnam’s resource development and communication strategies. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for managing a donor portfolio, driving revenue growth and enhancing the organization’s public presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive resource development plans to secure funding from individual, corporate and institutional donors.
• Oversee communication initiatives, including multimedia campaigns, to raise awareness of Habitat’s mission and projects.
• Manage priority donor relationships, ensuring timely stewardship and reporting.
• Collaborate with program teams to align fundraising goals with project design and implementation.
• Utilize CRM tools to track donor interactions, analyze data and improve fundraising effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in nonprofit resource development or fundraising.
• Strategic thinking with ability to design and implement effective plans.
• Strong understanding of NGO operations and donor management.
