About the role
The company is looking for a temporary RTM Executive to support marketing activities in the Khanh Hoa region for a 10‑month period. You will work closely with the Regional Trade Marketing Manager (RTMM) to plan and execute promotional programs and ensure timely delivery of point‑of‑sale materials.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed execution plans for marketing programs based on RTMM instructions.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics and other departments to deliver POSM to distributors.
- Create and manage logistics plans for POSM distribution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1‑2 years of experience in marketing or sales within the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, detail‑orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of English.
