Sales & Leads Conversion Specialist

About the role

The Sales & Leads Conversion Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys and external parties. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments and ensure confidential handling of client information.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls, screening them professionally for solicitors, paralegals and other legal staff.
• Schedule client consultations, internal meetings and other appointments.
• Collect, record and maintain accurate client data while preserving confidentiality.
• Provide general information about legal services, procedures and office operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently handling high call volumes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking and organisational skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a preference for candidates who have legal or professional services experience.
• Fluency in English.
