Senior Specialist – Bosch Production System Methodology

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to lead Bosch Production System (BPS) methodology activities at our Long Thanh plant. You will collaborate with Bosch worldwide to drive continuous improvement, ensure BPS standards are applied, and support both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BPS initiatives such as suggestion schemes, 5S, training, and competence management across the plant.
• Implement and adapt BPS tools (5S, standardized work, SMC, VSP) according to Bosch guidelines and local work instructions.
• Develop and mature BPS elements based on value‑stream requirements and conduct maturity assessments.
• Deliver advanced BPS training (e.g., Consumption Control, Levelling) to Bosch sites and external partners.
• Perform cross‑assessment, provide consulting for improvement directions, and act as a certified BPS maturity assessor.
• Coach improvement projects worldwide and support the manager in annual competence reviews.
• Mentor engineers in systematic deployment of BPS elements across different value streams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong orientation toward future‑focused improvement and change management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
