Service Engineer

About the role
As a Service Engineer you will perform low to medium complexity service tasks following ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. You will plan and execute daily activities with a first‑time‑right approach while working closely with customers on site.
Key responsibilities
- Execute service work according to work instructions and ABB procedures.
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Plan daily tasks and ensure first‑time‑right delivery for customers.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues and provide technical support.
- Participate in site commissioning and motor system maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Effective communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for business trips and projects as required.
