Technical Lead – IT Services & Project Delivery

About the role

The Technical Lead will own the end‑to‑end technical support and delivery of IT services, ensuring operations are scalable, secure and aligned with business goals. You will act as the senior escalation point, guiding architecture and resolving complex issues while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for technical support and IT service delivery.
• Define and maintain high‑performance benchmarks for IT products and services against Service Level Agreements.
• Provide architectural guidance and act as senior escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Identify and develop business opportunities within IT projects to expand impact and revenue.
• Translate department and company objectives into actionable technical goals.
• Offer technical expertise during business planning and acquisition activities.
• Strategically plan and allocate human resources, tools and hardware to meet cost, quality and schedule targets.
• Serve as primary technical contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and high customer satisfaction.

• Strong ability to manage complex projects and drive results against defined KPIs.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on rapid issue resolution.
• Capacity to translate strategic objectives into technical execution plans.
