Translation & Requirement Management Support Intern (Chinese & English)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support translation and requirement management activities within Bosch’s Global Software Technologies division in Ho Chi Minh City. The role involves translating technical documents between Chinese and English and handling specification data in the DOORS system.

Key responsibilities

• Translate technical documents between Chinese and English.
• Import specifications from Word, Excel, PDF, and matrix files into IBM Rational DOORS, manage versions, set attributes and layouts.
• Maintain consistency of attributes and layouts across all modules.
• Update the DOORS system to reflect specification changes.
• Develop and manage project metrics.
• Perform system configuration management, baseline copying, and tracking reporting.
• Prepare software quality gate (QG) documentation using the One-Q tool.
• Follow up on VTC rating activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Chinese (HSK 4 or higher) and English.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
