Visual Merchandising Executive

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Executive will support Shiseido’s retail presence in Vietnam by combining visual merchandising expertise with graphic design skills. The role balances store‑level visual execution with the creation of brand‑consistent artwork and point‑of‑sale materials.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate 75‑80% of time to visual merchandising and store operations, and 20‑25% to graphic design and artwork adaptation.
• Adapt brand artwork to guidelines, prepare print‑ready files, and verify colour accuracy, printing techniques and overall artwork quality before production.
• Design, update and manage planograms in line with brand standards and business needs.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives across retail locations, ensuring consistent brand presentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising and graphic design, preferably within beauty, FMCG or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of POSM design, planograms, production materials, printing processes and retail implementation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
