Accountant Cum HR Executive

About the role

The Accountant Cum HR Executive will manage both financial and human‑resource functions to ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations and support daily business operations. This hybrid role requires accurate accounting, tax and payroll processing together with effective HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Handle tax filings, statutory reporting and ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
• Process payroll, calculate social insurance contributions and manage related documentation.
• Administer HR activities including employee onboarding, record keeping, benefits administration and compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law.
• Support recruitment processes and maintain employee files.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
• Proficiency with MISA accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
