CAD Pattern Maker (Associate)

About the role

The company is looking for a CAD Pattern Maker (Associate) to support its Sample Room and factory production teams. You will work on pattern verification, size grading and marker creation while ensuring optimal material usage.

Key responsibilities

• Check and verify basic patterns and assist in size grading according to customer specifications and measurement charts.
• Support the creation of costing markers and bulk fabric consumption markers to maximize material efficiency.
• Generate PDF files for artworks, pattern plots and mini‑markers for the Sample Room and production teams.
• Maintain organized documentation and files related to pattern making activities.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience or a recent graduate with a background in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Sewing or Textiles.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, pattern‑making principles and fabric characteristics.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency for technical communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and eager to learn.
