Controlling Business Partner – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

The Controlling Business Partner will support the Mobility Aftermarket Division across the ASEAN region from our Ho Chi Minh City office. You will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis, helping the business stay on track and seize new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business reports and forecasts for the division.
• Conduct KPI reviews with key stakeholders and monitor risks and opportunities.
• Analyze cross‑functional data, identify deviations from targets and propose corrective actions.
• Evaluate business cases, investment calculations and new business models.
• Provide financial advice and decision‑support information to management.
• Drive process improvements through automation and standardisation.
• Collaborate with supporting functions (CPE, GS, RO, etc.) on financial topics.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
