EHS Specialist

About the role

Coherent Vietnam is seeking an EHS Specialist to support its operations at the Nhon Trach Industrial Park. The role will contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment in line with global standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety observations and root‑cause analyses.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs, including Train‑the‑Trainer sessions.
• Prepare and maintain EHS documentation, reports and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure continuous improvement of safety performance.

Required profile

• University degree in EHS, environmental science, occupational health or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in EHS operations.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Certified Safety Group 2 and Certified Train‑the‑Trainer (EHS) certifications.
