Facility Engineer

About the role

Coherent Vietnam is seeking a Facility Engineer to support its datacenter and communications facilities in Dong Nai. The role focuses on maintaining critical building systems and ensuring reliable operation of clean‑room environments and utility infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot compressed air, chiller water, PCW, RO and DI water systems.
• Manage building management system (BMS) and power distribution equipment.
• Support clean‑room standards and ensure compliance with environmental specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Typically 2+ years of experience in facility or maintenance engineering.
• Experience in clean‑room environments and utility systems is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, onsite setting.
