Internal Audit Manager – SHTP

About the role

The Internal Audit Manager will join Techtronic Industries Vietnam’s audit team, reporting directly to the APAC Lead of Internal Audit. You will lead risk‑based audits, develop audit plans and ensure robust controls across the manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in ongoing risk assessments and the creation of the annual internal audit plan.
• Define audit objectives, scope, and detailed audit programs based on risk analysis.
• Develop and execute detailed audit procedures and work‑papers.
• Report findings and recommendations to senior management and the APAC audit lead.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and follow‑up on audit issues.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive audit experience in a large global corporation or CPA firm.
• Strong background in operational audit and investigations.
• Experience handling large data sets and performing data analytics.
