Production Supervisor (Assembly, Work in Shifts, Cu Chi Or Dau Giay Factory)

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead the assembly line at our Cu Chi or Dau Giay factory, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality shift operations. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, driving continuous improvement, and developing the skills of your team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage production shifts, overseeing safety, quality, delivery, and labor efficiency.
• Plan, organise, and supervise practical and theoretical training to raise competency levels.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures for all production activities.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise processes to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in assembly or shift supervision.
• Ability to work under high pressure, self‑motivated with strong initiative.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Fluent in English.
