QA Associate Director – Can Tho

About the role

The QA Associate Director will develop and execute the overall Quality Assurance strategy, ensuring compliance with company standards, customer expectations, regulatory requirements and international food safety standards. This senior role leads the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations, supplier networks and market quality activities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor the QA strategy and QMS across all sites.
• Ensure product safety and quality compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead and develop quality teams, driving best‑practice adoption throughout the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety or Quality Management within FMCG.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing quality teams and systems, preferably in multi‑site environments.
