Supply Chain Process Officer (Japanese & English)

About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City as a Supply Chain Process Officer, supporting Japanese and German business units. You will work on global sales, logistics and purchasing projects, handling back‑office (BPO) tasks and ensuring accurate logistics billing.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in global Sales, Logistics and Purchasing projects across multiple regions.
• Communicate project status and information with Japanese and German customers.
• Use SAP ERP to support purchasing and sales processes for Bosch units.
• Verify logistics billing – check shipment details, quantities, routes and price against contracts and tariffs.
• Validate invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with logistics service providers.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for billing activities.
• Report logistics cost discrepancies and support continuous improvement of cost‑control processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Experience with logistics billing verification or similar back‑office functions.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
