Business Development Analyst

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Business Development Analyst to join its Vietnam FI Account Team. You will help drive revenue growth by managing account P&L, building a sales pipeline, and expanding existing client portfolios in a fast‑moving, high‑growth market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Design and deliver tailored pitches and proposals that address client needs.
• Manage client engagement throughout the sales cycle and negotiate commercial outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships across all relevant levels within client organizations.
• Lead execution of initiatives such as new product launches, joint marketing campaigns, and service implementations.
• Own overall client servicing and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong sales capabilities with excellent problem‑solving and structured thinking.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in written English and Vietnamese.
• Good understanding of technology, payments and the banking industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders.
