About the role
The Account Payable Executive will be responsible for processing expense data across multiple Southeast Asian entities and ensuring accurate financial records. This position supports the finance team by handling data entry, reconciliations, and accounts payable preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Enter cash, bank and purchase data into the accounting software for Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Indonesia.
- Perform monthly cash and bank account reconciliations.
- Prepare and process accounts payable transactions.
- Assist internal and external stakeholders with finance‑related queries.
Required profile
- Tertiary education in accounting, finance or economics.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Preferable experience in the tourism industry.
- Essential accounting experience in a similar role.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office.
- Flexibility to work overtime and ability to work under pressure.
