About the role

We are looking for an APAR Officer to manage our accounts receivable function remotely. The role supports the finance team by ensuring timely cash collection, accurate reporting and effective credit control for our Australian‑based operations.

Key responsibilities

Perform aged trial balance (ATB) analysis and calculate Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Execute credit control, debt collection and debtor account reconciliations.
Review and release blocked accounts and orders.
Handle daily banking, cash allocations and payment processing.
Process refunds, claims and manage new customer accounts and credit limits.
Allocate payments, assess new accounts and maintain credit limit records.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2–5 years of experience in high‑volume accounts receivable.
Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger processes.
Excellent attention to detail and accurate presentation of financial data.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
