Business Analyst (Membership Program Builder)

About the role

The Business Analyst (Membership Program Builder) will join TPF Group’s Deployment team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work closely with other membership program builders, operators and developers to design and deliver customised membership solutions for overseas clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requests and translate them into functional membership programs.
• Evaluate client programmes, analyse requirements and anticipate future needs.
• Design solutions that integrate into TPF’s internal systems.
• Document detailed functional specifications and maintain clear communication with technical teams.

Required profile

• Background in Business Administration, Finance or IT.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with e‑commerce platforms.
• Understanding of programming concepts and data structures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (tables, formulas) and Word.
