Penetration Tester – AI Safety & Security

About the role

We are seeking a Penetration Tester to join Bosch’s AI Safety & Security team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work hands‑on with AI‑enabled products, LLM deployments and agentic systems, testing both safety and security aspects under the guidance of the Lead AI Safety & Security Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Execute penetration tests and safety evaluations against LLM‑based features and AI agents following defined test plans.
• Run red‑team and jailbreak testing to uncover harmful, biased or unsafe model outputs and document reproducible findings.
• Test for prompt injection, excessive agency and tool/plugin abuse in agentic and MCP‑style tool‑calling systems.
• Verify human‑in‑the‑loop and guardrail controls under adversarial conditions.
• Write clear, reproducible findings reports with evidence, severity and remediation recommendations.
• Develop and maintain adversarial‑prompt scripts, jailbreak cases and MCP/tool‑schema fuzzing tools.
• Track AI security research (OWASP LLM/Agentic Top 10, MITRE ATLAS) and integrate new attack techniques.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineering teams to reproduce, triage and confirm fixes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in penetration testing, security testing or applied AI/ML security.
• Hands‑on experience testing LLM or agentic AI systems (prompt injection, jailbreaks, tool abuse).
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and/or Agentic Applications.

Required skills

• Python scripting for test automation.
• JavaScript/Node.js for tool development.
• Knowledge of OWASP LLM Top 10 and Agentic Top 10.
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool‑calling frameworks.
