Embedded Software Engineer – Application Software (ASW)

About the role

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer specialized in Application Software (ASW) for automotive systems. You will join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City and work on safety‑critical functions such as ABS, ESP and iBooster.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer functional requirements and decompose them for cross‑functional teams.
• Design software solutions that meet the specified requirements.
• Implement ASW using the ASCET tool and write C/C++ code.
• Perform unit and component verification tests for each release.
• Integrate calibration parameters to optimise function performance.
• Evaluate vehicle test results and troubleshoot issues reported by stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Automotive, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical‑Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and MATLAB programming.
• Hands‑on experience with micro‑controllers, sensors, ADCs, timers and interrupts.
• Interest in automotive technologies such as ABS, ESP, AEB or ACC.
• Good English communication skills.
