Campaign Manager (Native Advertising)

About the role

MGID is seeking a Campaign Manager to join its native advertising team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work closely with Sales and Publisher Success teams to shape client strategies, uncover upselling opportunities, and help advertisers achieve optimal performance through innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and optimise campaigns, manage tracking pixels, run A/B tests, and improve KPIs such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Maintain daily communication with clients, deliver performance reports, troubleshoot issues, and propose budget scaling or geographic expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales for onboarding, with Compliance for ad approvals, and with Publisher teams to ensure traffic quality.
• Monitor daily spend, handle top‑ups, and coordinate monthly invoicing with Finance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in ad networks, SaaS, or agencies, preferably working with diverse brands and affiliates.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues, optimise campaigns, and drive revenue growth.
• Solid knowledge of open‑web advertising formats and experience managing advertisers.
• Background as an Account Manager, Client Success, or Customer Success professional in digital advertising.
• Experience with AdTech/MarTech solutions, fast‑paced global environments, and a track record of success on digital advertising platforms is a plus.
