Product Demo Engineer

About the role

Exciting opportunity to join Akselos as a Product Demo Engineer, creating tailored demonstrations that showcase the value of our structural performance management technology to clients across the energy and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain compelling product demonstrations (presentations, videos, dashboards, models) that showcase how Akselos solutions address specific customer challenges.
• Develop and maintain standardized demo environments, scripts and supporting materials to ensure consistent, impactful presentations across the sales organization.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to incorporate upcoming features and roadmap updates into demo content.
• Produce engaging video and marketing assets that complement product demonstrations.
• Assist the sales team during customer meetings by executing predefined demo scripts and highlighting relevant functionalities.
• Support senior UX/UI designers by translating wireframes into responsive interfaces, maintaining visual fidelity, and documenting reusable component libraries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in UX/UI design or customer‑facing communication.
• Basic knowledge of structural analysis and/or finite element analysis (FEA).
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Familiarity with the oil and gas industry and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
