Content Studio Manager

About the role

Nestlé Vietnam is seeking a Content Studio Manager to lead Content Studio 2.0, shaping how content is planned, created, measured and optimized across the business. You will develop and execute the content strategy, coordinate agency and media partners, and drive high‑quality, analytics‑driven content delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and govern Content Studio 2.0, coordinating external studio talents and agency partners to deliver best‑in‑class content solutions.
• Develop and implement the overall content strategy and coordinate in‑market content creation across the studio, lead agencies, and Media Agency of Record.
• Partner with stakeholders to build accurate annual scope and resource projections for the Content Studio.
• Work with Procurement to improve the studio operating model, staffing, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create a continuous feedback loop between brand teams and studio partners to strengthen collaboration and output quality.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Operations, Content Studio or related fields.
• Proven experience managing diverse content production and coordinating multiple agency or studio partners.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and content best practices.
• In‑depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, online media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent project management, organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
