Data & Analytics Lead

About the role

Remote People is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Lead to shape and execute its data strategy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable insights, improve decision‑making, and build scalable data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the company’s data vision, strategy, governance framework and policies.
• Oversee data pipelines, information systems and ensure data is available, accurate, timely and scalable.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of data and analytics projects from concept through production.
• Identify analytics opportunities, develop capabilities and translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Lead the MLOps lifecycle, establishing automated ML pipelines, CI/CD processes and monitoring frameworks.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing data team while aligning initiatives with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, data strategy or a comparable leadership role.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end data projects and multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
